We are not a shop that also takes the occasional business job. Mobile servicing is the entire model, and that is exactly what makes it work at scale. We come to where the bikes already are, so nobody has to transport anything and nothing sits in a queue across town.

Fleet servicing
Scheduled servicing for a fleet, done on your premises. We work through the bikes in batches so you are never short of usable stock, and we report back on what was done and what is coming up.
Employee benefit days
We come to your office on a set day and service your staff's own bikes while they work. A cycle-to-work perk that people actually use, and it costs you a car park bay for the day.
Workshops for schools and companies
A mechanic runs a hands-on session: puncture repair, safety checks, what to look for before a ride. Good for school programmes, CSR days and cycling clubs.
Hotel and condo bike fleets
Guest bikes get ridden hard and maintained rarely. We keep them safe, presentable and on the road on a schedule you set, so a guest never gets handed something with no brakes.
Retail and assembly support
Assembly, pre-delivery inspection and after-sales servicing for retailers and direct-to-consumer brands, either at your premises or at your customer's door.
Events and group rides
Mechanical support on the day. Corporate rides, community events and school carnivals, with a mechanic and a full tool kit on site for the duration.
Workshops for residents and companies, a session run for a school, and a mechanic on site for a group ride.
How business pricing works
There is no single business price list, because a hotel with twelve guest bikes and a delivery fleet of sixty are not the same job. Business rates sit below our consumer pricing, and three things move them.
How many bikes
Volume brings the per-bike price down. Servicing twenty bikes in one visit costs far less per bike than twenty separate callouts.
How often
A standing schedule is cheaper per visit than one-off callouts, and it is the difference between maintenance and emergency repair.
What is involved
A safety check is not a full service. We scope it to what your bikes actually need rather than selling you the biggest package.
What you get back
One agreed rate, invoiced properly, with a record of what was done to each bike. Parts are quoted and approved before we fit them.

Every service is fully insured. We hold no premises and need none, which is the point: we work at your car park, your bike store or your loading bay, and the bikes never leave the property.
