Any additional ad hoc repair can be added on the day, quoted before the mechanic starts. We check and tighten the headset, but we do not service bearings at your door. The bottom bracket, headset and hubs need a workshop bench, which is what Bike Hero Pro is for.

Do you come to condos and HDBs?
Yes, both. In a condo we usually work in the car park or the bike bay. At an HDB block, the void deck or just outside the lift lobby. We need a flat spot and a couple of metres of space.
How fast can you come?
We reply within 5 minutes during business hours, and a mechanic is usually with you within two days.
How long does the service take?
Most take 45 to 90 minutes. A puncture is quicker. A full strip-down is not a doorstep job.
What if you cannot fix it on site?
Most things we can. If yours needs a workshop bench, the mechanic tells you there and then rather than guessing at it in your car park.
What if my bike needs a workshop?
That is what Bike Hero Pro is for. We collect the bike, do the full strip-down and service at our workshop, and return it to your door in 4 to 5 working days.
Do I pay before or after?
After. The mechanic finishes, you check the bike, then you pay.
